The Brief: Interior restaurant decoration design for a high-end vegetarian restaurant located in a ‘greenhouse’.
The Challenge: Style the dining area as simply and eco-friendly as possible while maintaining the restaurant’s renowned high standards.
The Project: Perched on a verdant hill within old castle grounds, Castello Malvezzi is one of Bresica’s best restaurants. With a tempting vegetarian menu, we were asked to create a new restaurant decoration design in the conservatory, reflecting its vegetarian ethos.
With fantastic leafy views over Brescia, we emulated the plant-based atmosphere and brought it inside. The conservatory was transformed into a greenhouse with lush plants and vegetables in just about every available space. While the rest of Castello Malvezzi has a very traditional, refined interior design, the greenhouse reflected the back-to-basics ingredients of this menu. We designed and sourced simplistic mismatch furniture to heighten the impression of simplicity and its back-to-basics ethos.
The result is this welcoming restaurant decoration, designed to show its simplistic, vegetarian philosophy.
