The Brief: A luxury home under construction needed the interior completely redesigned to include a grand entrance.
The Challenge: The house sits on an incline so the entrance hall would not be on the lower ground level, but rather on the third floor.
The Project: This upmarket property was already under construction when we were asked to come on board to redesign the interior. The clients requested an impressive residential interior design for the interior which the original architects hadn’t provided.
Our residential interior design plans opens up the interior with floor to ceiling windows in the grand entrance hall. An impressive spiral staircase takes centre stage with striking vertical lighting fixtures cascading down from the top floor. The modern rail-free design harmonises the whole interior, allowing all four floors to flow effortlessly. The bedrooms are located on the entrance level but are carefully hidden behind the sweeping staircase. On the top floor lies a study with large windows overlooking the garden, while the living room, kitchen and dining area all sit on the floor below the entrance hall. The architecture design placed the gym and indoor pool in the basement.
The result is residential interior design plans that harmonise luxury with a contemporary style and bring the clients’ vision to life.
